So your friend is getting married and you’ve been asked to be a bridesmaid or best man. Regardless of whether you see this as a delight or a catastrophe, it’s now your duty to give them one hell of a send-off into the married life.

The Idea

The purpose of the day is to go around the city collecting clues and playing games, all whilst getting drunk.

The day starts off at Kulas bar down on Passeig de Colom. Here, you are welcomed by the hosts, who are dressed as pirates. They introduce you to the activity and open a chest which is stacked full of different bottles of alcohol. This will be the winning team’s prize.

You then play the first game and the winners receive the first clue. The losers receive a punishment before they are allowed their clue. This is the pattern that the rest of the day will follow before whoever wins, ends up back at Kulas to collect their treasure!

The Games

As soon as the introduction has occurred, the excitement starts with a game is sangria pong, a Spanish take on the world famous beer pong. A number of other drinking games follow, including one in which the participants have to dunk their heads into a bowl of custard to receive a clue. One of the clear crowd-pleasers, which really gets everyone on the hen party laughing, is a game of ‘who can put a condom on a cucumber the furthest using just their mouth’.
